Essilor® Stellest® 2. 0 lenses
Essilor® Stellest® 2.0 lenses† are spectacle lenses for myopia control, an evolution of the original Essilor® Stellest®‡ lenses which were the first FDA-market authorized spectacle lenses clinically proven to slow down myopia progression in children.1 Powered by H.A.L.T.* MAX technology, Essilor® Stellest® 2.0 lenses† incorporate lenslets with increased power and asphericity to generate a greater depth of volume of non-focused light compared to the first generation Essilor® Stellest® lenses.‡ Data from a one-year randomized contralateral crossover trial demonstrated greater myopia control efficacy with spectacle lenses powered by H.A.L.T.* MAX technology, with eye growth in myopic children being 1.88 times slower than with spectacle lenses powered by H.A.L.T.* technology. §2 Essilor® Stellest® 2.0 lenses† are Essilor®’s most efficacious spectacle lenses for myopia management .¶2

§ Based on 12-month results from a prospective, randomized, double-masked contralateral crossover clinical trial conducted in Singapore on 50 myopic children. The estimated cumulative 12-month axial length change (eye growth) was 0.228 mm with Essilor® Stellest® lenses and 0.121 mm with Essilor® Stellest® 2.0 lenses. The 1.88× ratio reflects the relative difference between these values (1 / [0.121 / 0.228] = 1.88).
